Good Evening Everyone,

Well, the big day is over and the New Year is just around the corner.  It's time to plan for 2012.  What are you thinking about in the next year?  I'm thinking about getting up and running again, now that the Holiday Season is almost over. 

Are you thinking of Selling in the New Year?  It might be a good time to start your research and find out if the it might be a good time to get your property on the market.   Late 2011 proved to be a good one for many sellers in the White Mountains.  The foreclosure inventory dropped significantly at the end of the summer and that opened doors for many conventional sellers to sell their properties.

I have already had several inquiries about the possibility of listing in the New Year, don't get left out.  Let me help you sell your place in 2012.  Whether it is a parcel of land or a lot, an inexpensive home, or a luxury home, 2012 could be your year. 

Buyer inquires are slow right now but that isn't unusual in the winter, particularly during the Holiday Season.  Most folks are more focused on the parties, family, and the Holiday, rather than on plans for the future. Now is the time to start planning for the New Year.  There are still some great values out there and during the winter the competition for homes is much less.  The time is now.  Sure it's cold but bundle up, pull on some boots, and let's get started. 

A New Year is on the horizon and with the New Year there is a new hope that things are getting better, the economy is showing some signs of recovery.  It is a time for hope and that the New Year will bring good things to us all.
