Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I want to address all you First Time Buyers out there who missed the tax credit and lost your momentum in searching for a home.  It's not too late.  For the tax credit, yes, but for a great buy on a home it is the perfect time to get back in the marketplace.

There are still some great lending programs out there for Buyers, and not just First Time Buyers, but any buyer who is buying a home to live in.  USDA is back in the game with lending programs that are outstanding.  FHA & FHA 203K Rehab loans are still out there and my gosh, interest rates are below 5% again. 

Let me put it this way, the lower the interest rate the more house you can afford.  If you aren't sure or think you can't qualify, you won't know until you talk to someone. If you need the name of a good lender, call me.  I'll get you to the perfect person to help you stop paying rent and in to a home that is yours to do with what you want.

Interest rates are not going to stay this low forever and those affordable homes are selling quickly now. They are sometimes gone in a matter of hours, not days, or months, as they were earlier this year.  If you want to be in your own home before the snow flies, you need to get moving.  It's already the 1st week in August.  Just think, if you find the right place now, you could be sharing Thanksgiving Dinner with your family in your own home! Wouldn't that be great!?!

I know you are out there, I see your numbers in the visits to my site everyday.  It's time to stop looking and get with someone who can help you find what you really want.  Let me help you, I know it's fun to look at homes online, I do it too.  But if you are at all serious about buying the time to do it is now.
