I have been very negligent in posting lately but I have been busy showing property to prospective buyers.

Today I thought I would give you some things to think about when you decide to go Home Shopping.  It is a checklist that can help you narrow down the wants from the needs in home buying, and in the process help you to narrow down the number of homes you may need to look at before you buy.
