Recently Gov. Janet Napolitano and Sam Wercinskin, the Arizona Real Estate Commissioner, made available to the public a Document Called the "ARIZONA HOME BUYERS' AND RENTERS' BILL OF RIGHTS".  I have included the link to the document on the Arizona Department of Real Estate's Website for your easy access. 

As a Buyer or Renter in Arizona you have the right to access information about any property you are considering Purchasing or Renting.  As Real Estate Professionals we want you to be an informed consumer.  We always do our best to explain the process and both the Buyers' and Sellers' responsibilities in a transaction but it is possible that we could overlook something or not explain something thorough enough for complete understanding.
