Why should you consider buying your getaway in the Fall you ask?  Well there are lots of reasons but probably the most compelling one is that the best buys can be found in the area in the Late Summer & Early Fall.

In the Fall, sellers who really want to sell are more motivated because time is running out and they want to move their properties before the snow flies.  They don't want to have to carry them through another winter and wait until next summer to try again. 

If they have to have them on the market through the winter months, that means they have to pay someone to keep the driveway plowed and the walks shoveled so the properties are accessible for winter showings.  The only alternative is to close them up, winterize, and try again in the Spring.  If you were a seller which would you rather do.  Drop your price a bit and sell the property so you can get on with your life, or carry it through the winter? 

Another reason it's a great time to buy in the White Mountains, you won't find prettier weather anywhere!  This time of year is just gorgeous.  Warm days, perfect for golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, whatever you like to do, and those crisp fall evenings that are perfect for cozying up next to the fire place or the fire pit in the back yard.  Roast a few marshmallow and make smores, BBQ that steak & potato, what more could you want.  It's shorts weather during the day and sweatshirt weather in the evening.  It won't be long before the leaves start turning and that wonderful smell you remember from your childhood hits the air.

So come on up, take a look around.  This weekend is the Car Show and the Fall Festival.  The perfect time to come and enjoy some of the prettiest country in the whole State of Arizona.
