Why should you choose Sandra Paulow?  I am an Associate Broker with Aspen Properties, Inc. in Pinetop, Arizona. I have an active Real Estate Professional since 1998.  I have a long record of success in listing and selling property in Arizona.  If you have been thinking about  selling or buying in the Pinetop or White Mountains area of Arizona, I am the Agent you have been looking for.

  • Experience - Licensed as a Sales agent in 1998, I have worked just about every aspect of Real Estate.  I have done New Home Site Sales, Property Management, and my specialty is the Re-sale market in Pinetop Arizona. There is little in Real Estate that I have not encountered, whether it be a particularly challenging transaction, issues with the home repairs, or loan concerns, I have a consistent record of success in getting sales closed. Every transaction is as unique as the individuals involved. Even when the obstacles seem insurmountable, I have seen transactions make it to the closing table because of my tenacity and refusal to accept defeat.  I will not give up until every possible option has been explored.
  • Knowledge - Real Estate in Arizona is about more than just listing and selling homes.  Did you know Arizona is the only State that grants Real Estate Agents the right to Write Contracts? Arizona's Constitution guarantees this right.  Because of this, Arizona Agents are among the most highly trained in the country.  In dealing with Contract Law we do the same duties that Attorneys do in other States. Acquiring a Real Estate Salesperson's license requires 90 hours of Education plus six hours of additional training specific to Contract Law and the passage of a State administered Exam.  I also have;my Arizona Broker's License, something not all agents aspire to. This requires an additional 90 hours of education and the passing of a second State Administered Exam.  I have also acquired my GRI Designation (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute) which involved an additional 90 hours of Continuing Education training specific to the Practice of Real Estate. Prior to licensing I worked in Administrative Support positions for New Home Developers, Real Estate Offices, and Construction companies.  You would be hard pressed to find someone as familiar with the Real Estate Industry as me.  I love what I do and keeping abreast of changes and trends in the industry is important to me.  I am dedicated to learning everything there is to learn about my craft.   Organizational Skills and Attention to Details – In Real Estate the success of a transaction often depends on the details.  Consistent follow-up and review of files helps keep things on track.
  • Communications Skills & Consistency - When you hire me to be your REALTOR® you can be assured that I will be on top of things.  I am always reachable via phone, email or text message.  Of course there will be times when I am not immediately available but I will get back to you as I possible can. 
  • Marketing – Marketing requires creativity and flexibility and consistency. Marketing is about utilizing different venues to see what is working "today".  What works today may change tomorrow so my marketing involves the ability to adapt and change with the times. I currently manage and maintain two different personal websites plus you will find all my listings on my company website as well.  Most people start their search for property or an agent online, so a presence is necessary on many different sites.  I do promote my properties on the most commonly used sites: Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. Exposure on the World-wide web is vital in today’s technology based world.  You may also find me in Real Estate Magazines and local Newspapers, as well as on Social Sites like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter & Google+. I utilize every possible venue for promotion of my listed properties and to attract buyers for those same properties. 
  • Technology and Social Media – Technology advances very quickly. I do my best to stay current with the latest tools for my profession.  I also have a strong presence on Social Media sites and you will find me on many blog sites such as Activerain or Blogger, or on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. I have two websites, this one www.whitemtnsazrealestate.com, and www.pinetopazhomes.net,  my full IDX website for a full home search experience.  I encourage you to google me.  Just type in my name and see what you find.  I'm everywhere on the web and I do what I can to expose my listed properties to the greatest number of buyers.  

The Real Estate Market has been is always in a constant state of change.  The last several years this have been particularly challenging.  I feel we still have some issues in the industry that need to be overcome, but things are improving.  We need to work diligently in this industry to recapture the public's faith in Real Estate as a strong place to invest for the future.  In the words of Gerald O'Hara in the classic story, "Gone with the Wind" - "Land is the only thing that lasts....".
