Good Evening Everyone,

I know, it has been a while since I have posted anything new, but for all you loyal readers, thanks for checking in from time to time.

Things are looking up! Yes, at least in our locality, business is picking up.  It always does this time of year when it starts getting warmer down in the deserts of Arizona.  People start anticipating those 100+ temps that are just around the corner and they start looking up the hill to the cool White Mountains. 

For all you buyers who have been sitting on the proverbial fence waiting for things to bottom out, I think we are there!  I was checking stats tonight and there are very few REO properties left in our market and as soon as they are gone, prices are going to start creeping back up again.  There are still excellent values out there in the market but once the Spring Buying season gets in to full swing, there won't be many of those great buys left.  Remember that old saying " the early bird ....etc!"

So, if you have been thinking about those hot temps and considering buying a getaway in the White Mountains, don't wait too much longer or the best buys could be gone.  Those cute little cabins and lower prices properties are the first to go.  Once summer actually gets here and people start flocking to the mountain, they are already gone.
