Good Saturday Afternoon Everyone,

Spring has sprung in the High Country.  The Apple Trees are in Bloom, the plants that have been dormant are starting to grow, and the days are glorious.

Just wondering, are you still waiting before you buy your summer getaway in the White Mountains?  Don't wait too long, before you know it those Hot Days of Summer will be upon you and you will wish you hadn't waited to get started on your search.

There are still some wonderful properties available in the White Mountains but the inventory is dropping.  There aren't as many to choose from as there were and you know what that means, prices are going to stop dropping soon.  I have already noted a slight increase in some markets and I suspect it is because many of those great buys are ending up in multiple offer situations.
