Good Afternoon Everyone,

Yep, it happened the first snow of the season.  I wouldn't get to excited yet though it was just a few little sleety droplets.  It means that winter is coming though.  Everyone starts "thinking snow" this time of year to get the Ski Slopes open.  There was some talk earlier in the year that Sunrise wasn't going to be able to open this winter because of some equipment problems but they have been resolved.  I'll let you know when I hear they are ready for you.

If you are a resident of the White Mountains this is a reminder to "Shop Local" this Holiday Season.  Our merchants need your patronage. 

If you are in the market for a home let me know, I bet we can find the right one for you at the right price.  There are some good buys hitting the market right now.  The Banks are dumping property again.  That is good news for Buyer, it isn't such good news for Sellers.   Somehow we have to get this excess inventory out of the market though and if dumping them is the way to do it, than let's just do it and be done with them!
