Good Evening Everyone,

Hard as it may be to believe considering the Real Estate Market for the past three years, there are a lack of listings in some price ranges.  I was doing a search this afternoon for clients I'm meeting this weekend and I couldn't find much to show them.  I know that may be hard to believe but the past three weeks have been BUSY here in the White Mountains and a lot of homes have gone pending.

What does that mean to you?  It means if you have a nice little home or cabin that would sell somewhere between the 50K and 200K Range, I want to talk to you.  That is the Buyer's Price Point this year and there isn't much left in the marketplace right now! I could all the listings in this price range that I can get!  If they are cute properties on nice lots in nice areas with a heat source, all the better.  Ski season is coming even as the summer vacation season draws to a close.

So you sellers who have been thinking about selling but didn't figure it was worth the effort, it just might be the prime time to get that property on the market.  Web traffic is really high now with potential Buyers out there looking for those late summer deals.
