Have you been thinking about buying a nice cabin in the White Mountains? Now is the time.  The summer season is quickly fading and it won't be long before the leaves start to turn and the perfect time for visiting the White Mountains is past. 

Sellers with nice luxury cabins in the White Mountains are getting anxious.  The summer has been busy but mostly with buyers looking for lower priced properties and the selection of the higher end properties remains high.  Sellers are motivated to sell.

Visit the upscale golf community of Torreon and take a look at some of the lovely, well priced homes available.  Take a trip to Pinetop and grab one of those late summer deals.  Yes, there are deals to be had, you just need to know where to look.

Let me help you find the perfect place to spend your summer vacations or those winter ski trips.  There are some great buys to be found and interest rates are still low. How long that will last is in question.  The recession lingers and the best cure for a recession is inflation and with inflation comes higher interest rates and less buying power. 

Many sellers are already at rock bottom on their price points, they won't come down much more.  If they don't sell this year, they will just take them off the market in the fall, and hope for better times in the future.
