Good Morning Everyone,

The first Holiday weekend is behind us now and it is now the official beginning of the Summer Buying Season.  And yes, property is moving again.  We had a very busy weekend here in the White Mountains with people calling about property, wanting to make arrangements for showings and asking about loans.

What this means is that those bargains you have had your eye on all winter are going fast.  Soon the lower end properties will be a thing of the past and any hope you had of picking up one of those REO or Short Sale properties will have passed you by. 

In some areas of our community we are already seeing prices begin to creep up again in anticipation of the summer property buyers.  Not all areas are the same and even in a small community like ours, you will find that pricing will vary greatly within a few miles.  

For you investors out there I have a property you really should look at.  It has an excellent rental history and I get more calls on this property for people looking to rent than I do for someone looking to buy.  My seller however is tired of being a landlord and no longer has any desire to rent this unit.  She just wants it gone!  So if you have any interest in an investment opportunity that is almost a guarantee, give me a call. I will be happy to provide you with the information on this property.

For the rest of you who have been sitting on the fence waiting for the bottom, at least in our area, I think we are pretty close to there.  I said it a couple weeks ago and I'll say it again, "There is no Bell at the Bottom" and if you are waiting for that moment in time, you probably already missed it.
