I thought you might like to know a little more about me and how I can help you achieve your Real Estate Goals.

I have been working in or around the Real Estate Industry in some capacity most of my working career.  I have worked in the Construction & Development, Insurance, Sales Support, and for the past several years, a Full-time REALTOR®.  I have been licensed since 1998 and I acquired my broker's license in 2009. I have worked the resale market, the new home site sales market, & property management.  I  am currently active in the White Mountains of Arizona marketplace.  This market is a little different in that it is a resort and second home area where people come to escape the heat of the deserts during the summer season.  

My focus is Buyer's Agency although I do represent Sellers when asked or referred to them. I have an excellent record of success in the resort specialty market and am well respected by the Real Estate Community as a whole.  I am honest & forthright and provide excellent service to my clients.  I am currently employed by one of the fastest growing and most well known Real Estate Companies in Arizona; West USA Realty in the White Mountains. 

I am active in the Community and am serving as the current Chairperson for the Education Committee with the White Mountain Association of REALTORS®.  I have been active on this committee since 2004. As time allows I am also volunteer my time with the local Chamber's of Commerce assisting with the Special Events during the Summer Tourist Season. I am also an active participant with the White Mountain Business Owner's Round Table, a networking group of our community leaders who meet once a month to exchange ideas and share experiences.    

On a personal level I am married to a wonderful man who is also my assistant with some of the tasks associated with Listing & Selling Real Estate.  He is my sign hanger, my inspector greeter, and my partner in every respect.  We have no children, our pet(s) are our children.  We currently have one very large lovable dog with bad hips and legs who we love unconditionally. We also feed the resident stray kitties who reside in our neighborhood. I am care giver to my Mother who is quite elderly. We are  relatively private people who enjoy quiet times at home rather than the social scene.
