I was just looking at the Calendar today and whether you know it or not, the heat of the Summer in the lowlands of Arizona is just around the corner.  I have seen it hit 100+ as early as Mid-March!  With that in mind, I thought it might be a good idea to remind you that there are some great buys available right now in the White Mountains.  As soon as those summer temps begin to creep up on you, many of those properties will be gone.

The old saying "The Early Bird Gets the Worm" really applies right now.  Already we are seeing an increase in traffic here in the High Country and it won't be long before that traffic gets heavier.  I know it doesn't seem like it is getting close to summer when it is still snowing up here and cool down there in the low lands, but believe me, if you have in mind a nice summer get-away you may miss out if you wait to long. 

Take a quick look on the local MLS tab and see what great buys there are out there right now.  Not just bank owned properties or short sales, there are some really nice properties on the market right now at prices we haven't seen in seven years.  If you are waiting for things to hit bottom, we are just about there.  No one can time the market perfectly and if you wait to long, you could miss out on a great deal. 

Many sellers are anxious to sell now and they may even be willing to carry the note for a couple of years until the lending institutions get their heads out of the clouds and get back to doing business.  Then you can refinance at better terms, the seller will have their money in full, and in the interim, you will have purchased at the right time and the right price.
