Okay all you buyers who have been sitting back waiting for the "bottom", here in the White Mountains - IT IS HERE!

We are already seeing some prices on properties climbing a bit and you may have already missed the "Bottom"!  You have heard it before but to refresh your memory "there is no bell at the bottom" and by the time the bottom comes things are starting back up again. 

If you have been waiting for that bargain property, it may already be gone!  The last month has been quite busy here in the White Mountains and the number of pending sales have more than doubled since Mid-March.  What that means is that those who had been waiting for the perfect "deal" finally found it and they jumped on it.  Those of you who were waiting for the perfect timing, may have already missed the boat.

Oh, there are still some good values in the marketplace, but the early shoppers in our market quite often get the best deals.  By the time the heat really hits in the lower elevations and it drives people up to our part of the country, the deals they thought they were going to find may already have been grabbed up by someone who came to shop early.

So, jump in your coach and head those horses up the mountain and come take a look.  The inventory is still strong, lending is better than it has been in a long time, and let us help you find your perfect summer getaway.  There are still some nice properties at good prices available, but they are the properties that go first in our summer buying season.
