Pinetop White Mountain Blog

Hello Everyone,

For all you folks who have been sitting on the fence waiting to see what is going to happen with the housing market, time may be running out.

Rumor has it that FHA Loan Limits are going down after January 1, 2009 and Down Payment requirements are going up.  Also, unless the goverment extends it, the Home Buyer Tax Credit for 2008 will expire at midnight on December 31, 2008.

My only advice is if you have been thinking about buying but have been waiting for something to happen, it is about to and it may not be good!

Also, you may note that the RE/MAX logo is not at the top of this post.  The reason is that after this week is over I will no longer be working for a RE/MAX Office.  I'll explain why later, but suffice it to say it wasn't by my choice.  We will still be just as active, perhaps more so under our new company name.  So keep looking for us on Google, you will find us as always, just under a new company name.

I'll keep you posted.

Have a wonderful evening.
