Good Afternoon Everyone,

I'm sure this is going to find most of my loyal readers wishing Spring would come pretty soon.  I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting darn sick of beastly cold weather.  We haven't had too much snow this winter, so far, but unfortunately we could still get our share before Spring really comes.

That does not seem to be deterring some of the Sellers out there from getting their homes on the market.  New listings are really starting to come in and some of them are really nice. 

If you are looking for an upper end cabin in the White Mountains, now is the time to start looking.  Our pricing is starting to really catch up with the rest of Arizona and I've seen some gorgeous homes offered recently for $100K less or more, below where those same cabins would have been just a couple of years ago.  Sellers are starting to understand that they just can't hold out for those high prices because the Buyer & Lending Market just won't support them.  It is with chagrin that many of them are listing at prices far below what they would like, but if they want to sell that is what has to happen.

Keep your eyes open and watch the various sites for some really nice homes to hit the market in the next few months at excellent prices.  I expect to have a few of them in my portfolio and others are seeing an increase in listing activity too.
