There are Legalities involved in purchasing Real Estate and for inexperienced Buyers this can be a little overwhelming. As your REALTOR® my job is to help you through the Buying process and to help you understand that Buying is worth the hassle to get to the end result, Ownership!
As your Real Estate Agent, my focus is on getting you the best possible home at a price that fits within your budgetary goals. This is not always easy because values vary greatly from Market to Market. My job as your Buyer's Agent is to be your Guide throughout the Buying Process.
Things I do to help:
Assure that you see Properties that meet your criteria.
Assist you with finding the Right Lender for your individual situation.
Guide you through the offer process including explaining responsibilities of both parties.
Negotiating on your behalf to get you the fairest price possible on the Property.
Opening Escrow for you once the contract is accepted.
Coordinate Inspections and follow-up on other Contractual Obligations in timely manner.
Continued follow-up with your Lender to assure a timely Close of Escrow.
Provide you with Utility Information and Community Information as needed.
In general, my job is to be your Eyes and Ears from Contract to Closing. It is my responsibility to be sure you know what you need to know, and to direct you to the appropriate parties to get the Answers to Questions you may have.
