Good Evening Everyone,

Wow! My head is spinning.  I have been swamped today.  I guess my blog posts about getting back in the marketplace has really spurred some buyer activity.  I have so many people looking for property right now I can't keep up.  Guess my lectures have worked huh?

Yes there are some great buys in the marketplace and maybe this is a sign that things are going to turn around.  I am thrilled to have some positive news to report for a change.

The only thing I can add is Thank You Everyone who has been reading my blog and taking action.  Whether it is with me or another agent, it is good to see people looking for property again.
